-International Conference in Vienna: 8th-16th November 2007. In the symposium, sustainability and cultural heritage will be brought together. Researchers from the seven case studies and participants from the Islamic Mediterranean countries (Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, Palestine, Syria, Turkey), as well as from Europe (Austria, France, Great Britain), will present their findings.

The topics include architecture, risk assessment, history, urban design, social sciences, economy, scenario making.
